Fuel Pump out?

It no longer makes that ticking sound (maybe one tick) when you go to start it up. I have the Clymer manual and checked the starter relay and fuel pump relay for continuity and they checked out good the fuel pump did not although my electrical skills aren't the greatest I'm pretty sure that is the problem.
Battery is good.

What year model is the bike?

I'm assuming a gen 1 since I think that's the only Gen that has a Clymer manual. Anyway, in either case, check the voltage at the fuel pump connector. It should be 12V when active.

Is the issue that the bike isn't starting?
