front brake help

Okay Rich. I am going to assume that when the calipers were broken down and re-sealed that the channel that the pads sit in were clean and free of any grime or dirt. It's important to be clean so that the pads "back off" the rotor once the brake is released. It's weird that they are still grabbing. Once my 01' brakes started "hanging", I switched over to GenII calipers and never had an issue after that. Just a thought.
 
well its nearly been two months but its finally sorted. it turned out to be the venhill brake lines. i dont know why but now i have functioning brakes and not too bothered. thanks for the help guys
