Just Got Back
I just arrived a few minutes ago from the mountain. Man was it HOT! It had to still be 90 degrees. Thank God for some cool mountain air.
I got up there by 5pm, a little early since it doesn't start until 6pm. I wasn't early enough though since the booths were open, collecting 4 bucks a vehicle. There was only about 7 bikes there when I arrived but the cars had a steady stream into the park. At the rate they were coming, I'm sure they will hit over 500 cars this evening with no problem. This is one of the biggest local car shows in NY, reaching those numbers every Wednesday night through September. Ducati and Triumph was there with some bikes but aside from a handful of sportbikes, it was mainly cruisers. My poor FZ1 was lost in a sea of Harleys by 6pm. I had a great time regardless. Here are some pics of the show and one video that I took.
The Ducati Vendor. I really dig that Troy Bayliss Replica!
Here's a naked Triumph that was there.
A real sweet Cuda.....
A 1965 Buick Riviera
A view of the grounds when I first arrived.
Cruiser City! My FZ is in there somewhere....
Finally some Jap bikes!
I had to take a pic of this Ferrari Chopper.
This was the guy next to me. I had to take a shot of the paint job. It was a nice one!
Lastly, here is some video of the cars as they enter the park.
