Dustin our opinions were similar, and I agreed (as you can see from my previous posts) up until the last part about graduated endorsements. I see this as just another useless regulation. Once you learn to ride, and here in Texas your required to take the beginners course, that should be enough. Washington tried the graduated endorsements based on CC's and found after several years it did nothing to change rider incidents, and caused huge administrative headaches and wastes of money in monitoring. What you ride should remain a personal choice, and while I personally think everyone should take advanced rider courses because it's INVALUABLE I don't believe you should be forced to.
