Hi,

Does anyone have an image showing the ECU pinout for a 2007? Would be greatly appreciated. I'm still having hassles with random code 19 errors, and I thought maybe I could bridge the wires at the ECU.

Code 19 runs through the relay unit (combination unit), if you can't get rid of it by jumping the sidestand switch, you need a new relay unit (combination unit) most likely.

Do you have an FCE?
If yes, then you need to check the connections.

With the FCE, code 19 is normal when the key is on, and the bike is in gear with the sidestand down.

No FCE?
Bad sidestand switch or relay box.

Look on ebay for a relay unit (combination unit) if you can't get one locally.

Hi Ivan,

Many thanks for the advice. I bypassed the switch at the harness under the tank, and as per previous advice in my earlier post, I cleaned all the contacts at the ECU. This seemed to have worked for about a month, and then started again. It seems to only happen when the tank is nearly empty, for some strange reason.

Where is the relay located? I should be able to get one on Ebay.
