Dunlop Sportmax D221 tyre life

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me what milage to expect from the OE tyre D221? Thanks

Currently covered 5000 miles and have a trip to Ireland booked for 4 days. Even though the rear still looks good. What can I expect to get out of them. Mainly doing 1/2 day trips round Wales. Bye the way I've been more than happy with them.

Tire mileage is very dependent on riding style. If you already got 5000 miles out of them and still have plenty of tread left then i don't think getting 8-10k miles out of them is unrealistic.

do your:yes:self a favor and get rid of the dunlops!they suck!try pilot road 3s you will think your riding a new bike.

How many miles do you expect to ride?

Just remember some tyres go away real fast toward the last 1/4 of the tread.

Think I'll get my trip out of the way and try the Pilot3 Cheers
