As you can tell I love the Honda XR Thumper. If your going dirt or trail riding you can't find a better bike. Love my FZ1 also, have a little over 700 miles on it. Cant wait to hit 1k miles cuz thats when I can open her up. Keeping it below 6500RPM's till then lol.

1985 Carabela 125... Can anybody tell me the origin of this bike and what's so different from other bikes?

1985 Yamaha Maxim 700 ... Bought in 2006 and still have (project bike)
2006 Yamaha V Star ... Great bike, but short on power and clearance
2005 Yamaha FZ1... Great bike!! Too much power and no clearance issue LOL

Other than 'made in Spain' and has a metal body parts (which were quickly replaced with plastic)????

Because three or four of these were used bikes, the year may be off by 1 or 2 years but I still have pictures of each one. Also, although they are listed in the order I bought them, in many cases I had several at the same time and in the mid 80's I had a stable of five all licensed, insured, and running. Then I had the epiphany and realized I coud only ride one at a time and slowly sold them off untill I had none then in 2002 started buying all over again, but, one at a time. Now the FZ1 is my only ride.
