I am, I don't think I could handle the clip on. Unless you mean the way you have the setup is the handle height is the same as the Fz1. I'm 6'4" and have been wondering about a Rizoma riser set to get another 1" higher.

You don't have to run the clip on's. you still use you stock triple clamps, both upper and lower.

Those are convertibars and will rise up to just a little above stock height. In the photo they are at the lowest position about even with triple tree. I'm thinking of selling the conertibars too.

That's correct you don't have to run the convertibars or clipons. You can run stock bars and use the stock triple clamps. It's an easy conversion. I can do it in an hour including bleeding the brakes.

I first started thinking seriously about the R1 front end upgrade when my fz1 forks started topping out and flexing during acceleration while exiting turns.
