Looking into changing my gen 1 chain and sprocketts.. I see alot of 520 conversions.. Would the 16/44 520 be the same ratio as the 16/44 530 ?? Also any advantage of going to the 520 ?? I ride my fz1 in a normal fashion...

yes the ratio would be the same.

not necesarily I got much longer chain life from a 520 X-ring than I did from a 530 O-ring chain
an EK MXVZ or ZZZZ 520 chain actualy use a larger pin diamiter than a DID 530 chain.
