Can Not Send PM's from My Account

It appears as though I can not send PM's . . . I can only receive them. Can someone PLEASE rectify this situation?

I have buyers interested in two items I have for sale, but I can not respond to them.

I just took a look at your User Control Panel and you have it set to "No" where it says to show messages in the "sent" folder. I can't change it but you can in your "User CP".
