Austin MotoGP, April 2014

Thank you for this. Do you expect 200 miles is enough between fuel stops? In all my travels in the US, I have never had to worry about fuel, even in the middle of nowhere.

I've never come close to 200 mi on a tank. Was just out today and it went on reserve at 155 mi, maybe I could stretch it to 200 mi but it would be running on fumes.

You will be ok from Carlsbad Caverns if you fill up there. It's 143 mi from there to Ft. Stockton, but there is fuel at Pecos, TX which is 90 mi from Carlsbad Caverns.

Looks Good

But it would be a short and worthwhile detour (if the weather is nice) to go up to the Grande Canyon south rim. Unless you have; been there done that bought the T-shirt etc....
