Anyone used these threaded lowering links?

Has anyone used Soupy's double style threaded lowering links or know someone who has? If so how did you like them??

Used them on a GSXR 600... worked like a champ... good build quality, adjustability is wonderful.... showed typical signs of wear after 10k miles or so.

What exactly do you mean by typical wear? I wouldn't expect any noticeable wear after only 10k. that's about 8 months of riding for me.

Look at your dogbones now... that's typical wear... some chipping on the finish from rocks getting thrown up into it.... little stuff like that...

Just purely cosmetic stuff?? No slack or loseness??

I thought you were talking about degradation of bolts/bushings, and things like that. When I read that they were stainless rather than aluminum I figured they should outlast most I've seen on the market.

Well FWIW these are about the easiest lowering links to adjust that I have ever installed. My wife is moving from riding dirt to riding street. And with the additional weight of the FZ compared to dirt bike she was riding she wanted to be able to flat foot it at the begining. These will enable her to do just that and as she becomes more accustomed to it I will be able to raise it up to any desired position.

If you are looking for adjustable bones you might want to take a look at these. Build quality seems to be good and are all steel.
