Anyone ELSE Love the Gen II Stock Pipe Sound?

You missed it in the above post, but there it is. Should fit w/o any issues from what I can see.
 
For me, part of the appeal of the FZ1 was that it was a quiet, smooth, sedate bike with a 'pathetic, useless and girly' 70 horsepower when you wanted to be places that only require speed similar to a new M3 or 911. I enjoy going through the gearbox and winding a motor out when I want to go somewhere very rapidly. But I'm not a real man. My current bike only makes 70hp at best and that's just not even enough to get up a hill. :(

What a real man needs is a bike that has 100,000 horsepower and just one gear so you never have to shift down or use any of the 11,000RPM available to you in slow bikes like the FZ1.

Yep, the Evotech hanger matches up with the stock can mounting hole perfectly, no pushing, pulling, bending, or tweaking necessary. Just support the stock can from below, remove the stock passenger peg/hanger and install the Evotech......a 10 minute job.

I do have the Evotech on the bike but it went on after I'd put on the Two Brothers can. Nice to know it's perfect for the stock can! :tup:

Yep 1st set was crap! But like most American based companies Customer Service really means something. Sent some pics to them and within a couple of days a new set (Good)was in my letterbox!

I put an Evotech one on, slight alignment issues meant I had to push and pull a bit and just start all the bolts before tightening any. Also you have to use the Standard bolt shortened or change the nut as the one supplied is a different thread.
 
I have made numerous up grades to my '08' but none in the 'motor' department (Ohlin, Russell custom seat, 1.5" higher bars, Cee Bailey windscreen, & Givi 35....I do a lot of sport touring!), even though I was seriously thinking
of reflashing the ECU and a Yosh exhaust, UNTIL I did my first track day! Two weeks ago I spent my $$$$ on a track bike (excuse me....a track slut!) ..... & the FZ will stay as is!

Come TRACK DAYS!!!
