Any R1 Rear Shock fit FZ1?

Hi does anybody know if any modle R1 shocks ft the Gen2s? Saw a used Ohlins R1 04/06 on ebay for $500

It is a little shorter, but the new shock may have height adjustment to fix this. Most people have used an adapter with a stock R1 shock.

People have installed the R1 shock using some sort of adapter to make it fit the FZ1 frame properly. I don't remember the exact details as it wasn't worth the hassle in my book...maybe a search (or Google) might turn up more details :confused0024:
