Completely shocked that the dealerships near me wanted $225 to install my new tires, I followed some advice here and will be taking my wheels and new shoes to get them swapped on.

I love seeing all your bikes, thought I'd share mine. It's a little sad in it's current state, but given we just got 4" of snow today, it can wait.

Someone said it perfect, "Once you take the tires off for the first time you'll want to take the entire bike apart". I need more disposable income!

Sort of. It has 2 platforms, one is sitting right at the front of the center stand, the other is on the headers. Its surprisingly stable with the tie down straps.

I saw one at Harbor Freight last week for less than $100. I almost bought it, and wound up wishing I did!

I know you're in North Jersey (saw that on one of your other posts) so not sure if you want to drive down to Cycle Gear in Edison for the tire mounting/balancing. From what I remember they are quite reasonable, but you may want to call them first to get a price.
