I'm not going to bore you all with more pictures because it's nothing more than more mud and tape... but I have the entire room coated and a second coat in many areas. I ended up stripping the butt ends Billy then applied the mesh and mud. It came out very clean and will sand smooth!

I have to admit that I am getting a lot better at this. There won't be a lot of sanding to do. I've been very good with the 8" knife and done the whole room with just this one blade thus far. I will pull out the 12" blade for the skim coat though. I have to go out tomorrow and buy an extension pole with the sanding head on it and a pack of the fine sanding mesh. The next pics will be when it is primed for paint, then when the paint is applied (she's yet to pick colors) and then when the tiling is going down. Last will be the trim work.
I should have this wrapped up in a couple weeks. The extreme heat and humidity here has been my pitfall. Plus, I will not be around this weekend to work on this. I have two client visits this week in the evenings for computer work. Seems to be dragging along!
