09 fz1s fork swap with abs ???????

Hello all

Been reading lots on swaping the forks on my fz1 for an 05 or 07 r1 set up.

Seems fairly strait forward. Howerver i am wondering if i can do this as i have an abs model?
I havent seen ny info on this mod for the abs bike?

Im thinking tho as you keep the front wheel then it shouldent be a problem?
Or will the caliper chance cause problems with the abs pump?
