'07 just died....

As far as I know, my '07 is on the OEM battery at 16,500 miles. I bought the bike in Oct 2010 with 1,600 miles. No problems with mine. The first winter I did NO battery tender. I can't remember if I had the BT for 2011/2012 or just the 2012/2013 winter. Anyway, I put it on the tender every time I park it, even for just over night (or over day in my case). I'm lucky and it's still working.

Let us know if a new battery fixes your problem. I think it will, but I'm no wrench head. :cheers:
 
Finally got a chance to ride it to work today and it looks like the battery was the problem. It idles fine, starts right up, no issues.

Yea, I haven't exactly missed any riding. I've been riding the Super Duke to work and I did a track day at Laguna Seca on the Gixxer on Friday.

I do love the FZ1, though. If I could only have one street bike, I'd probably go with the FZ1.

But how can you just have one?
