What are your pressures? Is your suspension set properly? Are you smooth on corner transitions and on/off throttle and brakes?

2k seems really low...I tend to ride pretty hard, and I get 3,200-3,700 out of a rear BT016

36f/39r I like to think I'm smooth but don't we all. My suspensions not spot on perfect but really close

Actually I do. I took it to traxxion last year and had Lee set it up for me. I am also a big guy who some times rides at a decent pace...

It's all good! Best money I ever spent on the bike. I also run pretty high pressures 36 to 38 up front and 40 in the rear.
