Are they all similar, say the $4 two piece ones from fleabay similar to the one piece ones, named brands better than no name or all just a muchness of a muchness

I'm looking for a Gen 2 plastic undertail that it's pretty good condition. It's the black plastic piece that runs the entire bottom of the tail.
