    Gen 1 Grip Size

    I am looking to get this for my Gen 1: http://www.bikebandit.com/aftermarket-parts/control-brakes/grips-universal/bikemaster-heated-grips How do I measure the Grip Size to know if it is 7/8 or 1 inch? Is it based on the size of my current grips or the size of the Handlebar underneath?
