Of all the bikes I've owned this is the only one that runs a little warm. I guess the heat shield on the EXUP servo kinda gave it away that the area is gonna be warm. At least it's to my advantage in the colder months up here in Canada. Haha. Thanks for all the input.

So I rode my 2008 FZ1 today for the first time at night. It was a little cooler than normal and I was rocking the full textile touring suit. I noticed for the first time that it was a little warm between the legs especially the seat. Is this normal for this bike?

Galfer steel braided brake lines front and rear, EBC front pads, brake fluid flush front and rear. EXUP valve maintenance. Tomorrow: New Pilot road 3 rear, Oxford heated grips. touring windscreen :)

Thank you all for the love. Yeah I'm diggin the full fairing and the hard luggage. I got lucky with this whole package. And only 24,000 kms. She's still a baby. I was hesitant about the gold rims at first but it looks really nice with the black and gray body. Love the gold forks too...

Hey gang, Been lurking here for a while. Now I finally picked up a new (to me) 2008 FZ1. Can't wait to put some serious miles on her. By the way, I named my previous bikes Zorayda, Daphne and Francesca. Now I need suggestions for this one :)
