Actually here in Oklahoma we have about a 50/50 ratio of no ethonal to ethonal stations and some sell both. You pay about a dime more for it but in my opinion it's worth the extra cost. So here at least it's easy to pick a station that has no ethonal. However when I travel it's very rare...

I've already started the next 100k :) I actually figured out that the "free" service is still to be done so went ahead and changed the oil, cleaned the chain and gave it a bath that it really should have had before the party. I'll save the free service for the next tire change probably late...

That is so cool. Congratulations to you also. I think my 200k was easier than yours though but I've never ridden a 600 F4i but I have the 600RR. Is that the original engine and have you had to overhaul it? Heading for Daytona as soon as I can get packed and loaded....

Way to go harra. I know there are several both Gen1 and Gen2's that have over a 100k on them. These are great bikes. I put 65k on my Nighthawk before this bike came along and I took the plunge and have never regretted it. My only hope and I've discussed it with Yamaha but probably no one...

Sorry I was already on the Yamaha FZ1 Owners Association (FZ1OA) and hadn't realized that there was an internation forum also. No major issues really other than it's finally using a little more oil than I like. Lot's of tires, chains and general maintenance type stuff.
