Dood - that looks great! Good find. You're brave going on a long ride like that without breaking it in first. I hope you don't end up with blisters like you would with a new pair of hiking boots :eek:
At the moment, I'm probably 225-235 (hopefully not any more than that!) with gear on so I'm not a weed. I like tight suspension so it's generally not a problem but this was bouncing all over the place. It just needs a day with a proper professional and it would be sorted.

Throttle was quite snatchy, but I thought the same thing about the FZ6 when I first rode it so I figured I'd just get used to it.
It'll be interesting to try out the '03 model to see the difference.
I'm interested on the Z1000 as well. It was recommended by a friend so I'm going to try it out.

Hiya, I'm David and I live in London, England. I currently have an FZ6 S2 and I'm also pining for an FZ1.
I've been riding for about 2.5 years and have done about 15K in total - mostly commuting in and around London.
I'm planning on starting my Advanced Riding training so I can get my IAM...
I took the centre stand off my FZ6 because I think the bike looks MUCH better without it. I still need to get a paddock stand but I may wait until I upgrade.
