Based on what other say the stock system weights, swap nets you closer to a 14lb weight loss. R77 is supposed to be one of the better systems for improving mid-range for the G2. This is the same system I bought, waiting on cooler weather to get mine installed.

+1 - try Kroil, its awesome! I used Kroil to get a WWII Jap rifle barrel off the action it had been on for 60 some odd years. I was the 5th one to try and Kroil made all the difference.
