I mostly commute on the freeway for work - so my rears are always flat on the center when I get to end of life.
The difference in feel between the 4 and the 4GT is zero for the riding I do. I read the GT has a stiffer sidewall since they are designed for heavier touring bikes - but on my ride...
You almost have to watch the last 3 or 4 races of the season to really get the feel for the situation.
MM was technically out of the Championship running due to a few DNF's during the season and it was a 2 horse race between Rossi and Lorenzo.
In the race in question MM was faster than Rossi...
New Road 4GT's are installed.
I got 11.755 miles out of the Road 4 on the rear.
So now the question is how many can I get on the Road 4 GT..... I will be back to let you all know.
of note my front is a Road 4 that was installed 8k miles ago and the tread looks like it did when new.... that...
bringing this one back from the Dead. I have 138k miles on my Gen 1 and have tried a number of different tires. I was using the Shinko Raven's but I have two of them fail well before they should have, one at 5k and one at 7k and I had gotton 11k on the first one I bought - so when the last Raven...
I don't think predicting MM to win 2025 is going out on a limb. He has shown he has speed on the Ducati.
Just because MM is on a GP25 does not mean Pecco will always play second fiddle to MM. Pecco is a really good rider.
It will be interesting to see how MM behaves as a stablemate. He has...
Vinale's will continue to blame others for his ON/OFF results.
Binder and Acosta will still finish in the top 10 on the regular and The Beast - who knows how he will adapt to new machinery.
Gonna be a rough year for KTM MotoGP Racing.
That is exactly what I am talking about. Too many people would put those in and say the look fine to me and call it a job done and then go out and blind people. I am glad you checked that scatter to see how bad it was.
Yep, he is either red hot or very very cold. he was the same at Yamaha and Suzuki.
The Aprilla's are fast, the riders are just not as consistent as Martin or Fabio.
I predict that outside of some growing pains with a new factory Jorge will be consistently at the top on the Aprilla.
Testing Season has started in preparation for the 2025 racing calendar. What are you hoping to see?
For me I want to see a return to a variety of Manufacturers and Riders winning races.
Jorge on the Aprilla means we will see it on the podium more often.
Yamaha seemed to make improvements all...
Aliex Espargaro showed that the Aprilla is fully capable to keeping up with the Ducati's. Congrats to him on a great career and his retirement from racing.
Jorge is the man. I really hope he runs the #1 on the Aprilla next year and repeats the title.
I really think what you are seeing is Maverick doing Maverick things. He was inconsistent on the Suzuki and Yamaha when those were some of the best bikes on the circuit. He has been inconsistent on the Aprilla.
Aleiz has his head out the door in retirement and is not gonna get himself hurt...
He has been very consistent. The Aprilla Boys have shown that the bike has what it takes to be very fast - but their riders have always been inconsistent.
Jorge does not have to be superman to make the Aprilla go around the track as fast as the Ducs.
Are you seeing something else about the...
The problems at Aprilla are a very inconsistent Vinale's and Aleix with his eyes on retirement. Jorge is gonna give the Ducs a run on the Aprilla.
I have a feeling the Yamaha will be competitive next year as well. Fabio knew what he was doing by renewing his contract.
I certainly hope Jorge can keep it on two wheels and bring home that number 1 plate.
After Ducati snubbed him for MM he deserves to rub it in their face all next year.
