My chain and sprockets are worn but when I pull in the clutch the vibration goes away. It might have something to do with being under load but I'm not sure. I readjusted my motor mounts last weekend and I think it helped or at least the vibration isn't as abrasive. I just ordered a new chain...

There is NO oil on the ground anywhere around where I park the bike. I've never seen any smoke coming from the bike and I don't smell anything unusaul but that doesn't mean I couldn't have missed it. The oil was above the glass when I left and at the dot the next day when I went out to clean...

I've always been the opposite on this subuject, I always try to use the brakes instead of the engine. My school of thought was that's easier to replace brake pads than a clutch but this is from driving manual cars not motorcycles so it might be different.

I'm at work right now so I can't verify myself. When you turn the key on your oil pressure light comes on correct? Will it go out before I start the engine or does it wait for the motor to be running? If so it would not make sense that this senses only level, it might be a pressure sensor...

First Poker Run I just took the fz1 on my first poker run. Over 250 miles of riding, may not seem like much to some but it wore me out.

I just synced my carbs a couple of days ago and it feels like the bike vibrates more! All carbs are pulling right around 10 in and I know that's more than the stock spec. In screwing with the vacumm could I have messed something else? My EXUP valve is off by a little bit but no more than 1/2...
