That is what you get when you order something with no demand. Be glad it could be gotten at all when it doesn't actually fit the purpose of the FZ1.

You will have to use the Zerogravity website to buy it because the shorty version is not listed in any parts distributor book I have access to(all of them). The only place I can find the reference number is straight from ZG themselves.

Mine came off easy. Small amount of green threadlock that required no heat.

Wasn't even close to feelers in that picture but they had a rough time that day. I removed them after the first session cause they were fucking huge. How do I remove the ones on the FZ1? Can't find any info in the service manual. VFR feelers.

I should be clear this is a street and track bike. I am equally at home in either setting and I want a bike that will not hold me back severely on the track. I don't mind being held back a little just not severely please.

Rearsets are being replaced but that will only remove the warning system provided by feelers and pegs. When something goes wrong then it will have gone way too wrong to correct and I want to make sure the chances are a little lower. 55 rear is already ordered and I will be installing it in 2...

I scraped feelers immediately on the track and do it occasionally on the street. I always back off when I have but I wanna know what scrapes next so I know what to replace. What I have gathered is exhaust or center stand will be next but I gladly welcome any information on the subject. Gen II

I purchased some aftermarket 04-06 R1 rotors and lets hope they work. Will post pictures once received and installed if I can do that.

Doing so would not reveal anything I didn't already know. The parts are different from the factory. If you have eyes you can see they are not the same part but I am not asking if the parts are the same because the parts being different or the same does not impact my ability to use after market...

I am in need of expert advice on this. I know the diameter is correct but does anyone know if the bolt pattern is the same? I want to use EBC XC rotors and they never made them for the gen2 but they did make 04-06 R1 rotors... Gotta ask and look dumb sadly.
