Iridium plugs will go 100k easy. That's worth it in my opnion that you only have to change them once. Just make sure you use anti-seize on the threads, as leaving a plug in the head that long can cause problems if you ever do try and remove it later.

Protaper bars, CH High bend, and 60mm Rizoma risers. You will need new brake lines. Mine are 1.25" longer than stock, and they fit fine now. The stock throttle and clutch lines work, but you can find some extra slack under the gas tank by re-routing them slightly.
