Some A$$hole knocked my bike over...

Actually - lucky you got some cash from him - without a real police report, there would have been no proof, and he would have been able to deny a real claim. A police report would have required testimony from the wife who probably wouldn't have (that's what most beaten wives do - avoid making it worse at home). Any you would have added an enemy, and probably gotten nothing.

But DAMN - kicking his wife?? What a PUSSSY!

Police report? LOL! He knocked over a Law Enforcement Officer's bike! Send in the dogs!!!
 
Yes I know he deserves a beat down, I didn’t actually see it, after posting this a day or so later my buddy said she was trying to keep him from leaving and that’s when the shoving match started with my bike being in the way of it. He never was a friend just an acquaintance. I do understand there is a divorce in the making....
