Thanks!

For the people going there for the 1st time, I would like to warn you that it is easy to get carried away by the quality of pavement and the road grip. The roads are different and have some quartz for additional grip I think. We rode a lot in the rains while riding down Franklin and we were railing there too. Riding in rains teaches you to ride smooth.

In all those pics I was riding at around 75-80% of my comfort zone in order to not get carried away. I wish we had footage of our Cherohala run. There we were really flying at 90-100mph on sweepers pretty close to dragging knees.

Oh you don't have to worry about me. I'm done with speeding tickets for the duration of my riding career. One is enough for me. I certainly will not be running 90/100mph, no matter how fast the sweepers are. I appreciate the warning though. It's gonna be a blast.

Askhay Shhhhhh!!! You weren't supposed to know how fast we were going. I certainly didn't and if you were going that fast with me in front of you and you NOT in my rear view mirror, I'd hate to think how fast pokihokie and I were going. I know how fast it sounded, since I never look at my guages. I am loving my Yoshimura slip-on music.

Seriously That was tons of fun and I'd have you as my wingman any time. I can't decide which pics to order either. It will probably be:

I wish my video camera was working on the way up the cherohala too. I didn't feel like I was riding more than 60 - 70% the whole weekend. Now I need to work out so I can start getting off the seat some!

Thats what I was saying. I was riding at 75-80% of my ability esp on Cherohala where one mistake can be fatal unlike the Dragon. Didn't want to crash the 1st day :D

I had to slow down constantly too as I almost ran up on you a few times but what can I do. I was shooting the video :D.

That was because I trying to avoid running into your rear wheel all the time. Riding The Pace!

Akshay, thanks for posting these up! I missed this thread somehow.... Must have been when I was too busy with the addition to the house.
