Question are the 2008 and 2009 fz1 cowlings the same as cannot find any info apart from parts numbers last digits different.

I *think* the last numbers in the part number are just the color codes. But I could be wrong for sure. I can say for sure, that the parts listed OEM for 2008 and 2009 are different numbers.

Yes they are the same other than colors. Why do you ask, are you looking for one? I may know someone who has one...

Managed to source a brand new one at a bargain price as the bike I've just purchased had a bad scuff one side on the nose cone but thank you for the helpalthough I've got to make sure it fits first.
