Turn signal in headlight

So apparently my flush mounts can't be seen worth crap from the front of the bike, so I was gonna add some led's into my headlights in the space provided. Every write up I looked at had a whole separate harness, relay etc.
Since I already have LED everything else as far as signals shouldn't I be able to just split the wire from my flush mounts into the led's for the headlights? I don't see that small of an led causing issues...
I don't care about running lights there just turns.
 
I spliced mine into the side signals, clock signal and ground--2 wires and done. Wiring job should take 5 minutes tops. No relays no nonsense. I have all LEDs on my bike with no added relays or resistors and see only a slightly faster signal rate

I gotta keep stock flash rate, I have the motodynamic sequential tail/turns and if the rate increases the turns don't work quite right.
 
I installed a timer based relay from customled and had no further issues with flash rates. Was using a motodynamic sequential tail light and proton flush mounts on the front.
