Initiate the turn with countersteer then clutch + a lot of RPM + Lock up rear brake + dump the clutch as you release rear brake.

Not saying you should do this. Not saying it's a safe or smart thing to do... BUT.. that's one way to do it

I was out there last April for a weekend. In the 2 days there was a total of about 30 minutes one cop was hanging out trying to catch somebody. The other 2 cops I saw just wanted to make sure everyone was being safe. We had one rider go down on a different canyon road nearby and the police were pretty cool. Only one fireman was cranky about the whole thing.
