This is nuts, the rider obviously was not paying attention to what he was doing, and then when he did see what was happening had no skill to try and avoid the car or stop fast enough.

yeah you can see it for a while in the video, it seems like the camaro must have slowed dramatically at one point, but if he was paying attention that would not have been an issue.

Had a guy on a custom Honda VTX almost cornhole me the other day in somewhat similar fashion. I was braking and signalling to make a right into a parking lot. Noticed a rider behind me (no gear, of course). Kept checking when I notice him getting way too close. I was about to accelerate and forget my turn when he notices me and grabs the brakes. Looked like the front end locked up for a split second. Sure was glad not to have some dude's lower half hanging out the back of my car.
