Wind Screens

I bought my bike with OEM Touring windscreen installed by dealer Well it melted my dash. Dealer replaced dash. I'm wondering if yamaha should pull touring screen great for winter riding keeps you out of a lot of cold air. Now I'm sporting the Zero Geavity Sport touring screen almost black:spank2:

i took my stock screen off and i love it now i only get most of the bugs on my helmet instead of all of them it does look corny without the screen but its fine driving it

I cut mine down really short so that it didn't look so strange, but it is awesome without a screen. Always get too much turbulence, since I am so tall.

I was getting beat up by the buffeting from the stock screen. Being 5'10" the wind was hitting below my helmet forcing my head back. It was bad at 45mph and unbearable at 75mph.

I switched to the GIVI D437S and now it's smooth sailing at highway speeds and can't even notice the flow while commuting. The wind noise is still there since the helmet is now in the airflow but I can live with that, after all we are on motorcycles and not in limos.

The GIVI fits perfectly and is 6 inches taller and 6 inches wider than stock, it is a light smoke color and has a black edging around it.
