Fz1 a good first ride?

i'm local, had an fz6 before too, great little bike, i ride daily, hit me up if you wanna go anywhere and yes we'll be taking it easy. there's a couple other local fellas too. also, a good source for local info is pnwriders.com . what kinda gear did you pick up? best place to learn how to ride a bike is at the track, literally not joking. you can do a lil thing called Taste of Racing during the next WMRRA round for 20 bucks, gets you 20 minutes around the track guided by instructors, or OPRT is doing a similar thing at their next track day in shelton on the 27th, same deal. msg me up for more info.

I'm on pnwriders.com too. In fact I'm meeting up with them for a skills day on Sunday up here in Everett. Seems like a great community.
I really want to get on the track too. Thanks for the info!

lol its a great source of info but thats about it. i'd highly recommend being very very cautious doing any pnw group rides, they tend to have crashes every time. the skills day they do up north are great fun, you'll have fun. keep an eye out for the maintenance meetups, we hold one a month where we help people learn how to wrench on their own bikes and save some dough instead of giving it to a stealership
