Another idea to reduce handle bar vibration is using a 1/4th thick hard rubber washer under the handle bar mount, I did it & it did reduce vibration significantly but did not eliminate it completely.

I have a GenII . . .On the Gen I, aren't the stock risers mounted on rubber bushings in top tree? They are in the GenII any way. If you get too "rubbery" in your mounting setup your steering feel will likely suffer. What about thicker quality grips? Sprocket change to get you out of the vibration zone at the particular speed that you spend most of your time at?

That piece of rubber is actually very thin, the system has a vertical rubber bushing, see photo, I did order better grips, have sand in the handle bar, good suggestion regarding the sprocket, I will try the 1 1/8th mount, if it gets too rubbery I'll sell it on ebay. I am mostly in the 4K RPM so the buzzing is at its greatest
