That looks like a Granite Gray bike to me. Same as what Hail once owned.

According to Colorite's site, this is what they show for the 2009 model year. I don't think the paint is different across the pond but I know other countries get colors that the U.S. does not.

That's what I figured but wasn't sure. A few sled makers tried those out for a while. Ended up using Fox floats and Walker Evans air shocks. Maybe just the abuse sleds get compared to a sport bike.
Arctic cat even had an electronic Smart Suspension. It was great IF it worked.
