2 brother slip on and pcIII

Hi,
I am planning on getting a 2 brothers slip on and a pcIII for my 08' FZ1.
I see a map for it for download but it also talks about a dyno o2 eliminator. What is this and is it necesary for an 08' non california model. Googleing it for an 08 model comes up with nothing of course its hard to find stuff for the 08 still. Thanks for your help.
cueist

Also if you happen to know if the 08' model has the 17 tooth front sprocket that everyone changes to 16 like on 06's and 07's, and if this would help with low speed driveing and manuvers? I know my spelling is off lol Thanks

remember if you change it , your FZ1 it will write not right kilometers(odometer) in display!!

and then you need a speedohealer
SpeedoHealer - Electronic Speedometer and Odometer calibrator for motorcycles

HealTech Electronics Ltd. - Makers of the GIpro/ATRE and SpeedoHealer

it really pays to zip tie the plug onto the control unit as the retaining plug/clip is crap caused me all sorts of problems:mad: see my photo in the Gallery on FZ modds and pays to silicone the ignition module in place

O2 Sensor

just bought a dynojet sensor eliminator. i've been looking all over for location of and instructions for the installation of this part. i bought the bike used (06 FZ1) with a PCIII and ivan FCE installed. messed around with some maps, specifically the stock exhaust/stock filter (though i have K&N) and O2 sensor disconnected. any help would be GREATLY appreciated!! my first post as a new member, but from reading on this site it sounds like there are plently of helpfull folks.

I would HIGHLY recommend you locate a good dyno tuning shop in your area and have them tune your bike. Reason being the maps from DJ a pretty generic and well, stink. Unless you have a way to analyze the exhaust it is difficult at best properly tune PC3 to the bike. Once it's totally dialed in they are sweet! A good shop can knock this out for you in a day or two.

The O2 eliminator connects to your wiring harness where it normally gets it's signal from the stock A/F sensor. I't not necessary to remove the stock sensor, although I did because I have an A/F guage and installed a Bosch sensor to work with it. If your map calls for an O2 eliminator, the PCIII should come with it. It's a simple plug-in connector, very easy to put in and if you choose, you can just tie off the end of your stock sensor wire. I wouldn't do any cutting because those things are expensive and later on you might decide to reinstall it. Whoever you purchase the PBIII from, just ask them about the eliminator.

really appreciate the help guys. a buddy from work suggested the same thing (taking it a specialist) but of course i just had to mess with it!! not sure if the pc came with anything as it was installed already on the bike when i purchased (from dealer)
