Dyno 2007 fz1 124 hp after tune

Hello,
FZ1 Community.
I picked up an 2007 fz1 about a month ago.
I previously had a couple Fz6s' and wanted a bit more power.
The bike has a K&N air filter no air box mod, two brothers slip on, and a PC3.
It didn't seem to be running right so I decided to get a custom map on it while I was getting new tires.
The bike was making 121.04 hp before the tune and 124.10 after.
This seems quite a bit lower than other people on the forum.
The bike is riding much better now and seems to be getting better MPG.
I am a newbie when it comes to performance modifications.

Any thoughts?

See Dyno map below.

Thanks,

The first thing about rolling roads are, they're not that that accurate. You could teat your bike on dozens of r/r and get quite a difference in power output on the screen.

The important thing is that you got a comparison figure to start with, and made a gain after the tweaking. Now that's a result!

Thanks Stevierst,

I am a bit concerned it could be indicative of a larger issue.
I have read that dyno's do have their differences.
Could the differences be so drastic?
