100HP limitation FZ1 from france - How to check?

Does anyone know how to check if FZ1 engine runs with full power of 150HP in a different way than dyno? I bought FZ1 fazer from France where they have legal limitation for motorcycle power to 100HP. Eventually does anyone know how to take off this limitation? I found something on YouTube but this guy speaks French and my FZ1 display shows different numbers even when I follow his steps. Mayby anyone of you has an explanation for this numbers on display? Thank you for help.
