06 Front forks

I am in the process of taking off my front forks and replacing the seals as well as blacking them out. I came across a pair of 09's in very good condition for under $300.00. Question, Since they are already black is there any other improvements or incompatibilities to make it worth the expense?

Simple answer...no. If you're going to spend that kind of money you might as well upgrade to R1 forks so you get better ride and handling...
