That is one of my favorite colors, "Hot rod orange" Do the inside fairing panels while you are at it, and the hugger. It is amazing how that gives the bike a "custom" look. That and the side subframe panels. I missed those when I had all my Custom painting done, but will be doing them this winter.

I installed new front blinkers Wednesday, today I installed new hand grips and bar ends. Sliders are in the mail along with some new clutch and brake levers. Once that stuff is on I will have pics of the bike.
All I can say is, I havent driven with it yet but these grips are SO FREAKING COMFY!

I drove it with them tonight.. HOLY CRAP they are amazing!
Totally different feel from the garbage renthal ones that were on there. My bars arent stock so I dont know how these compare to stock grips, but these are hotness.
I really cant wait till the Pazzo knock off levers come in! Most likely going to get a holeshot high mount rear slip on so I can remove the rear foot pegs as I hate passengers. lol

Got in a 220 mile early morning ride. And picked up a Scorpion EXO 1000 2nd hand at noon. This helmet does not even look used. I got lucky, same color and size I have been wanting. $100. Fits a little tight at the moment but it will break in.

Cleaned it and started packing it
Rode her to the dealer's to pick up a filter and some oil ( for the 1/2 way point change, on the big trip). Then parked her and cleaned her up. Put on the rear deck and started packing for the trip.
I'll ride the other bike to work the 3 days, before I leave.

Vancouver Island and all over British Columbia, back home, and then out to Manitoba and back. The oil change will be done at home when I pass through before heading across the prairies (not taking the Oil with me).

Cleaned it, checked the tire pressure, Hit the foothills parkway, dragon, cherohala skyway, rode to the end of the skyway turned around and did the whole thing in reverse! Not a bad way to spend a Saturday!

I might have a lead on the stator, and rotor that I need for the FZ 600S resurection project. We will see. Now there would be a ride for Ritchie If he likes unique old bikes.
