I had this Supernova DX4 combo flood/spot light on my old Honda Hornet 919 wired up to the high beam. It was brilliant and lit the road up really well far and wide, you saw Kangaroos before they saw you. It is better than my car headlights on high beam. But that was a rough old bike so I just cable tied the light to one of the big chunky indicators LOL.The stock FZ1 headlights are ok on low beam but high beam isn't as good as I would like.
I would like to put it on my beloved FZ1s but don't want to scratch or ruin anything. I may have to purchase a different light to suit the FZ1, just as long as it is similar to this one in performance. Stedi make motorcycle lights with handlebar mounts but I really don't know where I would mount it on the FZ1. I may need to get a bracket made up to suit.
