what parts are/ could be swapped with an R1

ok so we know that the fz1 and R1 do share some parts eg motor ( retuned) and brake calipers, my question for myself and anyone else who cares enough to wonder.... what is or could be swapped over from an R1 to our beloved FZ1's? i ask aswell because i have always ridden suzuki's my last one was an 04 gsx1300r till it was stolen. so please be gentle i'm new to yamaha's lol oh and i do prefer the FZ to the busa
 
It would be easier to answer this type of question if you had specific parts or changes in mind. Some could be a direct bolt-on and some may be adapted with minor alterations. Do you have a specific goal in mnd. BikeBandit has plenty of parts diagrams where you can make comparisons for part numbers.
