Been having issues with my visor not fitting recently. Got a KBC helmet with pin lock visor. I was about to dismantle one side because it kept releasing at bad times ie when cracking the visor. Had a good look and saw that the pin lock was not fully closing. A squirt of silicon spray and presto all fixed. Might work if you're having problems with other brands too.
