Suspention set's

Is this stock suspension? What are you noticing for the ride? Unsettled front? Rear? At 220, I had the stock rear on 6 preload. I had only 1 ring showing for preload on each fork.

The best thing to do is follow the suspension worksheet and with the help of a couple friends, see if you can set your static sag correctly for the front and rear. From there, you can start on the settings for compression and rebound.

Really, this is all personal settings because of your weight, your riding style and what sort of wear and tear you have on your suspension. Others can get you in the ballpark but the fine tuning is all in your perception of how the bike handles.
