Slip on

This is going to be very subjective and any answers you might get will be mostly based on that individuals personal preferences. It's just a slip on - it will provide a different look, some weight reduction, and a different (probably louder) exhaust note. Typically you get what you pay for in terms of fit, finish, and quality of the materials, warranty, and workmanship.

Look at other folks bikes, listen to videos, and pick the one you like - that's within your budget. You'll be paying mostly for style and sound - and only you can say what's best for you in those departments.

Let us know what you finally pick ... And we like pictures, so post some up once you get the can installed.

When it's just the slip on you'll only feel the difference between stock and open.
The “best” one is that one you’ll find the nicest to look at, best sounding and seems to have the most qualitative finish, for your budget.

Slipons won't have that much of an impact assuming you don't use a db killer in there. Headers will; make a difference. If you get a slipon for the stock headers, you are restricted to only use Arrow headers later on if you choose to upgrade headers as well. If you want a full system, Akropovic is probably your best bet, but then again it will depend on what you want to get as each header has strengths in different areas, top, mid or low.
