This little guy managed to loosen himself and escape at the weekend. Anyone know where I can pick one up, preferrably in the UK? Actually, I'll take one from anywhere now I think about it!

Other than Yamaha you could go to a specialty bolt supply shop. When I took mine out they had lots of Red Loctite on them. It seemed overkill but I used blue when I put them back in so I wouldn't have your current problem.
 
Why not go to a local hardware store and pick up a matching set of bolts.

Easier than waiting on someone to ship a replacement to you.
